Returns Policy

At TEDDY & KITTY, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their personalized pet portrait paintings. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. However, if you receive a damaged item or if the item received is incorrect (e.g., wrong size, wrong color of portrait print), we will gladly exchange the item free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

Photo Requirements: Our artists create your artwork based on the photos you upload. It is important that these photos meet our requirements. If the photos are too blurred or do not clearly show the pet’s front side, we will notify you by email to re-upload suitable photos. If you do not re-upload the photos within 48 hours, we will proceed with creating the artwork based on the originally uploaded photos.

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, you must notify us via email within 30 minutes of placing your order. Due to our quick processing times, we are unable to cancel orders beyond this timeframe.
