What type of pet portraits do you do?

We primarily create pet portraits of dogs and cats, but other common pets such as birds,horses, and squirrels are also available.

Can you design more than one pet?

Absolutely! We have two design styles for multiple pets, and we can design up to 4 pets.

How should I take pictures of my pets?

You can get quick tips on taking photos via the ‘HOW TO WORK’ link on the home page!
Ensure the photo is taken in a well-lit area, the photo should reflect the pet's true fur colour (preferably outside in daylight if possible).
- Pets are best photographed facing the camera, or take a sideways photo.
- Don't take the photo from too far away.
- Please be careful with the clarity of the photo.
- Make sure your pet's head is in the shot, preferably the entire body.
- Pets should be in a standing or sitting position.

Is it okay for my pet to be wearing clothes in the photo I uploaded?

Yes, we will design the artwork according to the pet's characteristics and wear, but if you wish not to keep the clothes on your pet, please leave a note when you place the order.

Is the work hand-painted?

We are a team of digital designers who create personalized pet portraits of your pet by applying a range of digital software and photo editing techniques!

Can I change or cancel my order?

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the pet portraits begin to be created. However, due to the customized nature of the products we offer, we are unable to offer refunds after the order has begun.

Can I see the artwork before it gets printed?

Of course you can!
We usually create the artwork within 2-3 days, after which we will send you the preview via email, you can request any changes or make the confirm before printing.

How do I upload a new photo?

You will typically upload photos in one of two situations:
1. You have uploaded a photo that does not meet our requirements, this is usually caused by a lack of clarity etc. We will send you an email with a link to re-upload.
2. The photo you uploaded meets the requirements but you want to upload a new one, in this case you will need to re-upload the photos via the Re-upload link https://teddyandkitty.com/uploadimages/ within 12 hours of placing the order.

How long will my preview take?

We usually complete preview within 2-3 business days, but this may be extended for
major holidays, if you choose the " Queue jump" option, the creation process will be
accelerated to within 1-2 business days

Can I make changes to my preview?

We offer unlimited revisions until you are satisfied, but because our oil painting pet portraits are highly stylized paintings, influenced by the designer's creative style, it is difficult to guarantee that the results and your expectations are exactly the same, we will try to modify the artwork according to your requirements!

Shipping and Payments

Do you offer worldwide delivery?

We currently support delivery mainly to the following areas: USA, UK, European, Canada, Australia, and other select countries.

What are the shipping times?

USA: 4-7 working days
UK, Europe: 2-5 working days
Rest of world: 8-12 working days
Product logistics information can be checked.

Shipping times are estimates only and will be extended for additional artwork modifications or major holidays.

 

What are the shipping charges?

Shipping Costs
We provide free shipping on orders over $100

For orders under $100
US, UK, Europe, CA, AUS: $10 flat fee per order
Rest of world: $18 per order

Which payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only offer paypal as a payment method, in the future we will open a series
of payment methods such as Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard and more.

Changes and Refunds

Can I change my order after its been placed?

If you want to make some changes on your order, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at teddykittyservice@gmail.com 

 

order information cannot be changed when the work has been created.

Do you offer refunds?

Sorry about that! Since we offer customized items, we cannot offer returns/refunds.
Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the artwork after receiving the preview, please let us know and we will revise the artwork to ensure you are 100% satisfied.

What if I find the item damaged when I receive it?

We will pack and protect the canvas to ensure that it will not be damaged during transportation, if you find that the goods have been damaged when you receive it, you can contact us through teddykittyservice@gmail.com, we will send a replacement for you for free!
